All required signers must personally appear before the notary and present acceptable identification.

Common questions
What is the difference between a mobile and a home office appointment?
A home office appointment takes place at our San Tan Valley location by appointment and carries no travel charge. A mobile appointment means we travel to your home, workplace, hospital, care facility, or another agreed-upon location, and a travel charge may apply based on where you are.
How much does a notary appointment cost?
Arizona notarial acts are charged in accordance with applicable Arizona notary laws and regulations. Home office appointments carry the notarial fee with no travel charge. Mobile appointments carry the notarial fee plus any applicable travel charge, communicated before your appointment is confirmed.
What do I need to bring?
Bring the complete document(s) requiring notarization, current and acceptable identification for each signer, every individual whose signature requires notarization, and any required witnesses. Please do not sign in advance when the signature must be completed in the presence of the notary.
