Prior to your event, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation outlining arrival times, setup plans, and final logistics. Every element is reviewed to ensure alignment and readiness.

For rental services, we coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
